Charger Plates series: Food-grade polypropylene (PP) is used as the main material, and the compressive strength is enhanced by adding 30% glass fiber (bearing up to 15kg/m²), and the surface is treated with nano-ceramic coating, which can withstand high temperatures of 120°C (such as hot food plating or dessert insulation requirements).

Multi-layer composite dinner plates (Dinner/Dessert/Appetizer Plates): Innovative sandwich structure design, the inner layer is PLA bio-based waterproof film, the outer layer is wheat straw fiber, can withstand high temperature of 120℃ and no chemical precipitation, and has passed FDA food grade certification.

Plant fiber tableware set: The knife, fork and spoon are combined with coconut shell fiber and cassava starch composite materials, the surface matte texture is non-slip and easy to hold, and the degradation cycle takes only 90 days, subverting the traditional plastic tableware experience.

Party cup and bowl solution: 100% recyclable PET transparent party cups are paired with corn starch-based rainbow bowls, which can be stacked and stored through modular design, saving 50% of transportation space.

Immersive experience, igniting the interactive boom

The exhibition area has three special interactive sections:

Material traceability wall: Dynamically display the carbon footprint of raw materials such as sugarcane bagasse and bamboo fiber from planting to finished products, and use AR technology to present the degradation process;

Pressure test bench: On-site demonstration of the load-bearing limit of the plate, 10kg weight static pressure for 30 minutes without deformation, intuitively confirming the durability of the product;

Aesthetic customization area: Provide exclusive LOGO hot stamping service for customers, and complete personalized customization from design to finished products in 30 minutes. A Middle Eastern customer has signed an order for 2 million pieces on the spot.
